The three learning objectives for this workshop are:

  1. To explore how the structure of learning environments might influence student success.
  2. To unpack concrete teaching strategies that add structure to learning environments and promote fairness and student success.
  3. To use backwards design to implement active learning strategies within existing teaching styles.
